We were looking for a pre-owned Cirrus truck camper and found it on RV trader at Baileys RV. We called and talked to Bubba, one of the staff, and he said he would hold it for us until we traveled from South Carolina to Texas to look at it. We were very interested. But what impressed us was, we asked if he wanted a deposit, and he said no, our word was good enough. Steve, the general manager, worked tirelessly to get the truck camper ready and our truck equipped with tiedowns Donnie, the owner, and the entire staff were very friendly, courteous, and honest. Even though we had to travel a long way, it made a pleasurable trip for us to be able to deal with them. Id highly recommend Baileys RV if you want an honest dealership to deal with!

We just purchased our first 5th Wheel from Bailey's. It's a 2015 Bighorn 3750FL. Steve and his family were so good to work with. We drove over 8 hrs to look at what they had and was glad we did. Unfortunately, because of our error we also got to experience their repair service, shortly after our purchase and they went above and beyond. We didn't know what to expect, but they have set the bar high if we ever have to have repairs done again. We just wanted to let Steve and Bailey's know how much we appreciated them and all the help they gave us. Y'all are 5 Stars in our book.

We were looking for a 2006 or 2007 Keystone Raptor 3712TS. I had done a search on the internet and Bailey's came up as having one. I went to their website and looked at all the pictures. I mentioned them on the Facebook 5th wheel forum and a couple people came back recommending them. I called and talked to Steve about the toyhauler. I discussed it with my wife and made Steve an offer, site unseen other than pictures and Steve's word (we are located 325 miles from Lufkin). He accepted our offer. A week later we drove there to look at it and finalize the purchase. Steve met us at the door. We looked the trailer over. We found 3 items needing fixed. They jumped on it immediately without hesitation and kept us updated on progress. One of the items wasn't working quite right (fuel pump). Steve thought it just needed exercised and told us to call him let him know. We finalized the purchase, hooked up and brought it home. After a few days it still wasn't right and Steve sent us new gears for the pump. I installed them and it works great. Other dealers would have said you left with it you are stuck. Not Bailey's. A tremendous family owned business. We highly recommend them.

My wife and I located a 5th wheel camper online that had all of the elements that we were looking for...38 foot, 4 slides, 2 ac units, king bed, large fridge, etc, etc, etc. The price that Steve quoted us on a trade was better than I was expecting. MUCH better. So good in fact, that we drove 1,400 miles, ONE WAY, from North Dakota, to close the deal. This was our 3rd RV purchase in 7 years. The first 2 were local purchases from a nearby dealer that I would rate just descent. I have to tell you that the service, honesty, friendliness, integrity that we received from Bailey's is TOP NOTCH!!! I simply can not say enough to credit them for the time and effort they put into the sale. There were no surprises throughout our whole ordeal. We had a couple issues with our camper during traveling there. They could have easily charged us more to fix those items but they did not. The camper we purchased was clean and ready to go...lights all on, ac going, etc, upon arrival. Steve was there EVERY step of the way to make sure that we received EVERYTHING that we needed to make it a smooth transaction. The whole family took the time to come out to the unit to meet us. They made arrangements for a place to park our camper overnight...at no charge. On the way home, we had a tire blow and some fender skirt damage as well. They helped us out with that. The battery was a bit weak, especially for our northern climate...you guessed it...they helped us out with that as well. Traveling all the way we did, they certainly could have taken advantage of us in a couple different ways. We found just the opposite. I MUST say, they are some of the most honest, fair and decent people that we have ever met. I especially appreciate that in a business deal. The world needs more people like Steve and the Bailey family. If we were in the market for a different camper, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!!! The folks at Bailey's were awesome to deal with! Steve quoted us a good price for our new Bighorn right from the start. We live 100 miles from Lufkin and were not able to go there on a weekday when they were open, so Steve met my wife and I at Bailey's on a Saturday, a day they are normally closed this time of year. Also, Steve drove 30 miles to come look at our old fifth wheel and offered a fair price for our trade-in. The whole transaction process was smooth and hassle free!
